‘Ashanti Bitxh’ is the first of a new wave of work from Mickey Lightfoot which smartly addresses the issues around female derogatory terms. It tackles the turbulence of the modern day relationship, in which in one breath you'll proclaim you love your partner and in the same breath, possibly out of complicit ignorance, you verbally abuse them. The video is collaboratively shot with recent Warp Records signee, director and musician Giaka.
