With the release of their latest track “We Rock” feat. Known for their uncompromising dedication to Golden Era hip-hop, Boogiedown Base and 12 Finger Dan, operating as SOULBROTHA , have earned a solid place in the scene through collaborations with artists including DJ Premier , Large Professor , QNC and Blaq Poet .

For SoulRocca — the producer trio consisting of Boogiedown Base , 12 Finger Dan and Roccwell — the Boom-Bap master plan moves into its next round. The trio will release their new EP featuring the tracks “One Time 4 Ya Mind” feat. Kinetic 9 , MC of Killarmy and longtime affiliate of the Wu-Tang Clan , and “We Rock” feat. Wildelux (Bronx/Kyoto), a longtime associate of the SoulRocca crew who has previously worked with renowned producers such as Suff Daddy and Kyo Itachi .

Der Zweig connects with Boston standout M-Dot on the new single “Roll Call” , a gritty, motivational track produced by Roccwell featuring sharp cuts from DJ 12 Finger Dan .  Rooted in themes of self-determination and authenticity, “Roll Call” is about forging your own path and refusing to be influenced by outside noise. The lyrics touch on challenges like envy and criticism, but flip that resistance into motivation, strength and growth. It’s both a personal statement and a call for listeners to stand up, speak out and never let themselves be defeated. Roccwell ’s hard-driving production provides the song’s raw energy, while DJ 12 Finger Dan ’s cuts add a classic hip-hop edge that completes the sound. SoulRocca consists of Hamburg (Germany) veterans Boogiedown Base & 12 Finger Dan aka Soulbrotha and Munich producer Roccwell . On their latest single "Toil" , SoulRocca arrange a menacing backdrop for Boston rap titan M-Dot , to verbally eviscerate the Preemo influenced soundscape. The music video depicts M-Dot spewing venomous quotables, while strutting through the Burlington Record Plant (Vermont) as the vinyl pressing process unfolds.  The single is taken from the group's album  "In Good Company" (Out Now), which is a homage to the many rap classics of the last three decades but with a fresh twist thanks to the contributions of talented artists such as M-Dot , QnC , DJ Eclipse & DJ Riz , J57 , Dro Pesci , Wildelux and more. Phil Da Beat & DJ Tricky call themselves OnePlusOne . Under this name they released an EP in 2015, which included artists like Nine , Rakaa , Keith Murray and Masta Ace. Phil Da Beat is the producing part of the project and DJ Tricky , who made a name for himself in the summer of 2021 with his DJ street sessions, takes care of the cuts and scratches for the tracks. Now the two have released a new version of the track "We Got The Funk" , featuring Krazy Drayz from Das EFX and Kool Taj The Gr8 an upcoming artist from New York.
