DEFINITION OF FRESH

AfterLyfe Music proudly announces the release of "Crisis" , the compelling new single from acclaimed producer, engineer, and artist NasteeLuvzYou , featuring legendary Boston lyricist Akrobatik . The track serves as the second single from NasteeLuvzYou 's critically acclaimed sophomore solo album, CE 2: Man's Mission , and is accompanied by an animated short film that brings to life the themes and messages woven throughout several songs on the project.

Veteran MC, Dillon shows why he is a 'One Man Army' on the latest single & rugged boom-bap anthem, produced by his partner, Paten Locke . A gritty ode to doing your duty and holding it down on your own, driving synths paired with dusty drums provide the soundtrack for Dillon 's battlefield-ready raps & scratches. The duo calls in for reinforcements with longtime collaborator and Boston stalwart, Akrobatik , plus the Brooklyn legend, Masta Ace , who both execute their verses with sniper-like precision. The single is taken from the forthcoming LP 'Rations' from Dillon & Paten Locke . Rations (FP034) by Dillon & Paten Locke

Leedz Edutainment , a cornerstone of independent hip-hop promotion and curation, returns with the powerful new single, “Bear The Burden” , recruiting three of the underground’s most respected voices: Reef The Lost Cauze , Akrobatik , and M-Dot .  Built on raw lyricism, heavy boom-bap production and razor-sharp delivery, “Bear The Burden” is a testament to resilience, survival and carrying the weight that comes with navigating life’s obstacles. Each emcee brings their unique perspective and seasoned penmanship—Reef with his unapologetic grit, Akrobatik with conscious depth and M-Dot with relentless energy—merging seamlessly into a production bed by DC the Midi Alien that embodies the essence of authentic hip-hop.Check it out now on all major streaming platforms.  Smartlink: https://ffm.to/ylod7el

M-Dot and Confidence continue their prolific streak with a striking new visual drop: a back-to-back music video combining two standout tracks, “Roadwork” and “No Bail Out” . The video kicks off with “Roadwork” , set inside a dimly lit pool hall—a blue-collar backdrop that mirrors the song’s themes of obstacles, detours and grinding through adversity. The billiard hall becomes a symbol for strategy, patience and M-Dot 's endless hustle with accompanying vocals from soulful hitmaker Alexander Padei on the hook.  Transitioning seamlessly into “No Bail Out” , the energy shifts into full attack mode with street shots in Providence, RI on the steps of the Capitol building and features an inspired cameo from fellow Mass legend Akrobatik . The video, directed by SandoFilms has a gritty DIY spirit that ties both songs together visually, threading scenes with humor and artistic grind. It’s a vivid two-act piece that affirms what long-time fans already know: the work doesn't stop! T...

Celebrating their #1 iTunes album, NasteeLuvzYou & Termanology are back at it alongside lyrical titans, Akrobatik and Konflik . On “Too Far” , the next single from AfterLyfe Volume 1 , the three MCs drop heavy knowledge on what some might call conspiracy theories over a dirty, rock tinged Nastee beat. At AfterLyfe Music , they call it conspiracy FACTS so open your mind and get ready for the new world takeover!

The Perceptionists returned last year with their first new group album in years. The official release led to a tour and even an appearance on NPR's Tiny Desk Concert with a live band. But for 2018, they wanted to rough the edges up and revisit it. Enter Paten Locke . Paten had produced a pair of tracks on the original record that were fan favorites, so he seemed like a natural choice to recreate 7 of the albums best tracks plus the track Bait . The result is Low Resolution an 8 track long record that brings Resolution into a completely different light. Stream & Purchase below!!! Tracklist 1. Dirty Drumz (Paten Locke Mix) 03:14 2.
