Maryland (DMV) rapper, songwriter, producer, and multi-hyphenate, Phil Adé (Philip Adetumbi) returns after a five year hiatus with his new single “M.I.A.” from his upcoming independent eponymous album, philip, slated for release October 1st via Seenic/UnitedMasters.  The video is directed by Justin Villanueva.
