Video: TIHANE - Throw It Back

The first single from TIHANE’s debut album — “Throw It Back” — is a hypnotic groove built on pulsing basslines, vintage samples, and sultry melodic loops. It channels the heartbeat of TIHANE’s Polynesian ancestors and the sweat of the dancefloor. Her voice weaves through the track like smoke — singing to both the fire and the flow within. 

Co-produced by TIHANE & Segnon, this song embodies a signature sound she calls Indigenous Soul.

Dancing in a lush jungle and wrapped in a living python named Onyx, TIHANE also directed this fiery video in collaboration with cinematographer, Chris Oeurn, assistant camera operator (and song co-producer) Segnon Tiewul, and colorist Cris Blyth.
