Internships are vital to long term success. They give you an opportunity to learn the business free of charge (well you will have to give up your time). And you learn from proving professionals in a field that they have years of experience in.

Now for this episode we take things back to our old model a bit as we are joined by producer/emcee J57 of The Brown Bag All-Stars. He details how he got his start in music and gives us some ill stories of his days interning at Fat Beats in New York. There are way too many gems in here to name.
