It's been almost 4 years since Kentucky's Finest, Nappy Roots has dropped a new album, but they are officially back with The 40 Akerz Project which is now available on iTunes.  SMKA have had the pleasure of working exclusively with Nappy Roots on the "The 40 Akerz Project" for the last 2 years.

The 40 Akerz Project showcases Nappy's growth and evolution as artist as they have never sounded more comfortable on wax.  Also SMKA highlights their very own 808 Blake's ability to provide melodic landscapes for the group to provide honest yet fun lyrics.
