With his long-awaited Language LP finally set to drop in October, Vocab Slick ramps up the hype for the project with the stylish new video for “What It Is” .  The track finds the Bay Area emcee teaming up with frequent collaborators Surebert , who provides the grimy, bass-driven production, as well as Starski , who’s on directorial duties in the visuals. New duo, DJ Surebert and MC Landon Wordswell , are releasing the first official single from their forthcoming album, “The Numbers Game” . “The Numbers Game” isn’t just the title track, but reveals the ideas and spirit of the album. Michael Bernier brought a subtle reggae touch to the song adding to Surebert ’s steely production and Landon Wordswell ’s rapid-fire rasp.
