"HEELS HAVE EYES" serves as Westside Gunn’s third EP and his second major release of 2025, following up February’s "12". The EP is released in conjunction with "Heels Have Eyes 6: 4 The Culture", the sixth official wrestling event hosted by Westside Gunn himself. Production is handled by Cee Gee, Denny Laflare, Harry Fraud, and Mr. Green.
