"12" (also known as Hitler Wears Hermes 12) serves as Westside Gunn’s seventeenth mixtape, his first release of 2025, following up October 2024’s 11 and November 2024’s "Still Praying". The album features guest apperances by Brother Tom Sos, Elijah Hooks, Estee Nack, and Stove God Cooks.

Production is handled by Cee Gee, Conductor Williams, Crucial The Guillotine, Daringer, Denny Laflare, Mario Luciano, Mr. Green, prod.myles, and The Standouts.
