Album Review: Philly G & Quiz - The Crib

Boston, Massachusetts duo Philly G & Quiz come together to drop some serious heat with the album entitled "The Crib". The talented duo showcase the rhymes, lyrical flow and production, from 90's Boom- Bap to that laid back classic West Coast G-Funk.

On this album Philly G & Quiz take you on a musical journey by bridging the gap between modern day hip hop flows and nostalgic golden era production. If you are a fan of mature grown raps with proper lyricism and smooth production, "The Crib" is the album for you. Standout tracks on the album are "From the Bottom to the Top" feat. M-Dot, "Hustle Hard" (my personal favorite), "The Vision" feat Mr. Hip, "No Delay" feat. Krumb Snatcha and "Ride Out".
