Washington D.C.-bred, California-based rapper/producer Fong-Sai-U presents his self-produced new single "Time's Up", a tribute to Brooklyn rapper O.C.'s classic track of the same name. "Time's Up" will appear on The Last Ronin, his forthcoming album dropping October 14 on Soulspazm.
