When you have tried everything on your own and you still can't get through to certain people it may be time to hire a publicist or PR team.

Why would you hire a publicist? You hire a publicist because they have connects, experience with press releases and knowledge.

They will help you get the coverage that you need and get your product in front of more people. For example, a publicist might send out a press release for Rihanna Tickets, or a publicist might contact blogs or your behalf. Their name is gold (understand the importance of name recognition).
