Columbia OG, artist, and engineer FatRat Da Czar introduces a South Carolina bread Hip Hop collective appropriately named  New Success Culture. The outfit is comprised of 4 solo acts (Cole Connor, Ran Bruce, Perfect G, and Chadd Downing) alongside of the supergroup Grand Royal. #NewSC is on the rise. The mix-tape is titled New Success and is a combination of group and solo efforts with many producers based out of SC.
