That may seem a bit confusing right? Well, allow me to explain. By now you should have heard Drake latest 3 songs that he released yesterday (if not check them out here). If you remember, this is not the first time the Young Money / OVO frontman released a record without any talk, promo or "intent". That brings me to the theory that was mentioned; Drake releases mixtapes without actually releasing mixtapes.
