The lead single from "Monu-mEnTaL" , titled "Return 2 The Classics" , features none other than underground legend Shabaam Sahdeeq and long-time friend and collaborator DJ Philogic , who adds his signature blend of cuts over B.B.Z Darney 's earie, head-nodding beat. uMaNg and Shabaam Sahdeeq both shine on the mic with their visions of making a classic, whether on record or life in general.

"Not For The Faint of Art" is a hard-hitting collaboration between two titans of Underground Boom Bap Hip Hop: lyricist uMaNg and producer Melvin Junko . This album is a testament to raw artistry, built on gritty beats and razor-sharp lyricism that pay homage to the roots of Hip Hop while carving out a space in the modern era. Lasting Impressions II: The Impressionable is the 4th full-length release from the emcee/producer duo uMaNg & B.B.Z Darney . This marks their 1st release in over 9 years. The album is a follow-up sequel to their 2012 debut, Lasting Impressions . The LP serves as a spiritual successor, & re-introduction after such a hiatus from the independent scene. The album's sound is self-described as "Lightening-in-a-bottle" , as it's intricately crafted 10 tracks were recorded in just under 90 days from March-June of 2023 .
