Heritage Hip Hop Awards , hosted by Karev of New Jersey , featured an electrifying live performance by Len-Dor , who was honored as a nominee for both Solo Artist of the Year and Group Artist of the Year .  The performance featuring production by DJ Kawon x Pro-Logic .
