"The Harder The Better" is a seven track collaborative project between the Nigerian-based emcee/producer duo of Mista Books and Teck Zilla . Inspired by classic ‘90s hip-hop and old school flicks they both grew up on, the project is chock full of vivid lyricism and cinematic soundscapes with sound bites from various movies, spoken word artists, and even legends like Muhammad Ali and Malcolm X . "The Harder The Better" gets straight to the point with a variety of sounds that fuse boom-bap with soul, jazz and more.
