 "How To Quit?" is Rel McCoy 's tongue-in-cheek poke at my own vice as a long time off-and-on smoker.  Woke up in the middle of the night and he had a couple bars in his head.. made this beat on the MPC2000 and kinda just ran with it. Take it how you will.
