Video: yvngxchris - SHIMMY

 

Kicking off another era with a bang, one of rap music’s most promising rising stars yvngxchris unleashes a kinetic new single and music video entitled “SHIMMY” via Columbia Records. 

Personally co-directed by yvngxchris himself and Ring Ring, the accompanying visual captivates with big screen-worthy humor and action all in one. In the clip, he makes a trip to the local smoke shop, but it doesn’t necessarily go as planned. As a result, all kinds of surreal mayhem erupts. About “SHIMMY”, yvngxchris commented, “I fell into the crazy sample and wanted to bring a modernized sound to it. In just under 30 mins, this track was bought about”.
