News: Asanteworks Welcomes Sandra St. Victor to Management Roster


NETHERLANDS, APRIL 2023 - Asanteworks is excited to announce and welcome Grammy nominee, songwriter, producer Sandra St. Victor to management roster.

A trained opera singer, the Dallas born, Holland based singer/songwriter Sandra St. Victor is very much an artist’s artist. Through the years she has earned the respect and admiration of her peers and has the accolades to show it. The down to earth and humble force of nature has recorded with Curtis Mayfield and had her own songs recorded by everyone from Prince and Common to Chaka Khan and Tina Turner. Her music has also appeared on the silver screen, for instance in the movie "Shrek".

An undeniable performer on stage, St. Victor has logged hours on the road touring alongside such diverse stars as Roy AyersUbiquity, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Ziggy Marley. Known and loved as a founding member of the ground-breaking trio The Family Stand, the prolific singer/songwriter has been converting fans note by note over the past three decades with her soulful and potent elixir of R&B, Rock, Gospel and Jazz.

Ebony Magazine touted St. Victor as a “singer who rocks,” alongside such icons as Grace Jones and others.

As a songwriter, Ms. St. Victor’s work has been nominated for Grammy Awards with songs written for Lalah Hathaway, and The Temptations respectively. As an artist, she has been inducted into SoulMusic.com’s Soul Music Hall of Fame in 2016, in the category, “Contemporary Soul Music Artist/Group or Duo”.

Her previous releases include Mack Diva Saves The World, released on Warner Brothers; Gemini: Both Sides, Oya’s Daughter. She also formed SSV's Sinner Child, and released a collection of soulful dance floor anthems produced by Mark de Clive-Lowe entitled, AtMySpheres. She is currently working on her next project, “Beautifully Dark,” a visual and musical experience in collaboration with producer Mark Batson.
